You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with tk7191. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tk7191 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process using your Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) to confirm your identity and age before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one tk7191 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balances (including bonus and real-money balances) may be forfeited.

Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits and daily limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. tk7191 reserves the right to revise these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by tk7191 are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and time-limited validity periods. Where a definitive result cannot be determined, the bet amount for the affected round will be returned to the player's real-money balance. tk7191 is not responsible for losses attributable to the player's internet connection or device failure.

tk7191 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated any part of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct; (c) the player has provided false registration information; (d) the player has attempted to manipulate games or betting markets; (e) the account has been used for money laundering or other financial crimes; or (f) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at tk7191's discretion, particularly where the balance was accrued through conduct that violated these Terms. Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player or at the player's request for personal reasons, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

tk7191 endeavours to maintain a stable and continuously available platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond tk7191's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, internet service provider failures, or regulatory interventions. tk7191 is not liable for any losses, including loss of winnings or missed betting opportunities, resulting from platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk7191's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk7191 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages of any nature arising from or in connection with the use of the platform.

By using the tk7191 platform, you acknowledge and accept that all forms of gambling carry an inherent risk of financial loss. tk7191 does not guarantee that any player will win, and past game outcomes are not indicative of future results. You agree that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that your decision to gamble is made freely, voluntarily, and without inducement from tk7191 beyond the standard promotional offers published on the platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to contact tk7191's support team to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. tk7191 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, tk7191 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
